Clothing Program

Clothing Program
Posted on 09/01/2017

Hello Manor Park Families,

Manor Park has had a very active clothing recycling program for the past three years. Many students have benefited from the laundering and recycling of our unclaimed lost and found items and from the kind donations of clean, gently used clothes.

Once again, I would like to let parents know that if you would like a little help outfitting your child for the coming season, we would be pleased to help you. If, on the other hand, your child has recently outgrown clothes that you wish to donate to our program, we will happily find a new home for them.

If you would like to either make a donation or to request some clothes for your child, please contact me directly by telephone (613 746-8131 ext 2010 ) or by e-mail at Please include your child’s name and size and the best way for me to contact you.

Susan Steele
Learning Support Teacher.

The clothing program is in need of all sizes of mittens (preferably not gloves) and girls pants - between size 6 and size 10. New socks are also always welcome. Please contact Susan Steele as above if you are able to help with these donations.

If you have "gently used" toys and games which you no longer use, please consider donating them to the school to be used in the classrooms during indoor recess.
Kindly drop them off at the main office and they will distribute them to classes who need them.

Many thanks!
